The service was very pleasant; however, the ice cream displayed in cartons in the freezer case didn't look very appealing.

We ordered a service for over 100 people using the EZcater website. The owner reached out and was beyond helpful making the sure we needed anything else. He was very professional and was very helpful. For the actual service, we had one server (Thomas) and he was a big hit. He had such a kind personality it was the CHERRY on top. Thank you to this location for all your service!

The price on the website for the same store was lower, and honestly, the taste wasn’t special. I tried three flavors and none were special. The lower prices I mentioned were for in-store pickup orders, not in-store prices, even though they are listed on the same store page. Also, no one offered any recommendations when I was in the store—I picked three flavors randomly without any guidance, and none of them were special.

Ben & Jerry’s catered my grandma Carolyn’s celebration of life last month and Gabby and her team truly went above and beyond! If you knew my grandma, then you would know that she ALWAYS had Ben & Jerry’s in her freezer! It was truly her favorite and it only felt right to have Ben & Jerry’s at her celebration of life. Gabby Serna coordinated everything with me and also served at the event, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was kind, responsive, and so thoughtful throughout the entire process. This was a very emotional day for our family, and she truly helped make it feel special. She took incredible care of our guests and even stayed an extra hour just to make sure everyone was taken care of. She also followed up afterward and sent our family the sweetest package, which completely made our day. Because of Gabby and the experience she created for our family, we will absolutely be using Ben & Jerry’s again for future events. Highly recommend working with Gabby and her team!

Gimme S’more: This was one of the first Ben & Jerry's (B&J's) flavors I ever tried, so I'm thrilled that they eventually promoted it from limited batch to fan favorite status. The pint contains toasted marshmallow ice cream with chocolate cookie swirls, graham cracker swirls, and fudge flakes. The marshmallow flavor is somewhat subtle and easily overpowered by the chocolate cookie pieces, fudge flakes, and graham cracker swirl. I do applaud B&J's for trying something different by making marshmallow the base flavor, but I think gobs of marshmallow cream would have been better (like in "Phish Food"). I'm happy to report the fudge flakes are not overly bitter and add a satisfying textural contrast to the creamy ice cream. It would be nice if the graham cracker swirl (which is almost impossible to see in the pics) was more abundant (Gimme S'more!), but when you do manage to get the graham cracker swirl into a bite it provides a welcome burst of flavor that sets this flavor apart and brings you right to a campfire.
